Maintenance

Sometimes things go wrong, the boiler packs up on the coldest day or the toilet handle breaks. If you don't tell us we can't fix it, but if you log your problem with us either by phone or by email we will ensure that it is attended to as soon as possible. 

We have a dedicated team of contractors to deal with repairs and maintenance promptly, and we also provide 24/7 cover in case of emergencies.

We have an out of hours emergency service for those middle of the night problems. There are timescales determined by the severity of the problem, for instance a Category 1 Repair is classed as an emergency and in need of repair within 24 hours. We aim to have all non-urgent repairs completed within 7 days.
