For those of you who have been around Headingley long enough you'll know that before moving to our new office at St Annes Road we were located opposite Starbucks, a great spot you may think................but it was upstairs! As great as it was to have that little office as the building block on which to start a successful company, we had to leave the little puppy dog at the kennels and jet off to pastures new. It was a heartbreaking decision and one that wasn't taken lightly. However leaving little old rover behind may have been the best decision we ever made................
Since opening the new office in 2010 we have gone from strength to strength. Not only have we re-branded and now have THE most professional and stylish shopfront in the whole of Headingley, This new image, alongside our reputation for the highest quality service delivered at competitive prices has meant in one year alone we have expanded our portfolio by 15%. At this moment in time we have let 98.6% of our ENTIRE portfolio. We have potential tenants walking through our door, only to be turned away as we have nothing for them, THIS is heartbreaking!
Without giving away our trade secrets (as you never know who is reading) it all goes back to one thing, how you like to be treated as a customer (this and also a lot of money on aggressive advertising!). We are certain that even though there now appears to be more letting agents than houses in north Leeds, there must be a lot of disgruntled landlords who arent getting their rent, or whose houses have been trashed and are receiving little or no help from their agent. If you arent happy with the service you're getting, if you think your house can achieve higher yields, if your house is sat empty or if you're paying for a management service but end up doing all the work yourself PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL US!
The upcoming letting season for student houses in particular is fast approaching and we're geared up for it.. Interested in what we have to say? Of course you are, or at least you should be. Then again we are biased.
