Central Properties is a family owned and managed company. We have been helping Leeds students and professionals find their perfect home for over 14 years. Our property portfolio includes both student and professional houses in the most desirable locations north Leeds has to offer, including Headingley, Hyde Park, Meanwood, Burley and Woodhouse. Our staff are experienced, friendly and helpful and are always on hand to give advice, our policy is to deliver a courteous and efficient service from the moment we take you to view a property, through to the end of your tenancy. We pride ourselves on our efficient service and all our staff will take the time to match prospective tenants to houses or flats, we won't push you where you don't want to go!

We let and manage our own and landlords' properties. We also provide a letting only service for those landlords who like to manage their own houses.

Opening our first offices at 21a Otley Road in 2004, the company has gone from strength to strength due to our motivation and dedication for the job. This continued success has enabled the company to move to our newly refurbished premises at 2 St Annes Road, Headingley in May 2010.
