About Us

Central Properties has been established for over 10 years, and opened its 1st floor offices in 2004 at 21a Otley Road in Headingley.  Continuing success has enabled the company to move to our newly refurbished premises at 2 St Annes Road, Headingley in May 2010. 

We let and manage our own and landlords' properties and provide a letting only service for those landlords who like to manage their own houses.

We pride ourselves on our friendly and efficient service and all our staff will take the time to match prospective tenants to houses or flats – we won't push you where you don't want to go.

Our staff are experienced property managers and can offer help and advice with any issues which may arise during the tenancy.

Headingley is a vibrant suburb with lots of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. It is very popular with students and young professionals alike who enjoy the night life on the doorstep and the convenience of all the amenities in Headingley. It hosts some top class cricket and is the home of Leeds Rhinos rugby league team. There are good transport links into the city.

Hyde Park is popular for its convenience to the city centre and the university and its population is mainly students. There are some good pubs and the city centre is within walking distance.

Burley is further away from Headingley and Hyde Park and is more popular with young professionals who like the convenience of easy access to the city centre via bus or train.

Meanwood is an area which is ideal for young professionals as there are lots of facilities and easy access to town and the various bars and restaurants in Chapel Allerton. Rents are more affordable and there are bargains to be had.
